1. Adult Content and Sexual Activity

We strictly prohibit any form of nudity, sexually explicit material, or vulgar content on profiles. Additionally, Luvblink does not allow the solicitation or exchange of romantic or sexual services, including advertising or selling adult content.

2. Respectful Interactions & Anti-Bullying Policy

Luvblink is a place to build meaningful connections, not to engage in harassment or abusive behavior. We do not tolerate:

• Insulting, belittling, or intimidating behavior
• Unwanted or repeated contact after being asked to stop
• Comments targeting a person's appearance in a negative manner
• Emotional abuse, blackmail, or threats of violence

3. Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

Luvblink has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any content that depicts, discusses, or endangers minors is prohibited. This includes real or fictional representations (such as animations, text, or digital images). For clarity, Luvblink defines a minor as anyone under the age of 18. It is strictly forbidden to create, share, store, or solicit child sexual abuse material, even if intended to raise awareness or express outrage. Violations of this policy will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

4. No Commercial or Promotional Activities

Luvblink is a dating platform, not a marketplace. The use of profiles for promotional purposes, advertising, or selling goods and services is not permitted.

5. Restrictions on Controlled Substances

Buying, selling, or promoting illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia is prohibited on our platform. Any misuse of legal substances, such as prescription drugs or alcohol, will also be subject to removal.

6. Ban on Hate Speech & Discrimination

Luvblink is an inclusive community. We do not allow any content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or serious health conditions.

7. Authenticity & Profile Integrity

To maintain trust, we require members to provide accurate information about themselves. The following is not allowed:

• Impersonation of another person
• Fake profiles or misrepresentation (including false age, name, gender, or location)

8. Misinformation & Fake News

The spread of false, misleading, or harmful information is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• False health information contradicting global health organizations
• Fake news about civic or public processes
• Conspiracy theories that may cause harm

9. Prohibition of Violence & Exploitation

Luvblink does not allow any content or behavior that involves physical or sexual violence, including but not limited to:

• Threats of harm or assault
• Stalking, human trafficking, or exploitation
• Any form of sexual assault or non-consensual sexual activity

10. No Scams or Fraudulent Activities

We prohibit any attempt to scam, deceive, or financially exploit other users. This includes:

• Requests for money, gifts, or financial assistance
• Fake romantic relationships for financial gain

11. Sexual Harassment & Cyberflashing

Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes:

• Sending unsolicited explicit images (cyberflashing)
• Threatening to share intimate images without consent
• Repeated unwanted sexual advances
• Fetishization of individuals based on identity or background

12. Spam & Platform Misuse

To ensure a positive user experience, we do not allow spam, excessive messaging, or automation that artificially manipulates engagement.

13. Suicide & Self-Harm Prevention

Luvblink supports mental health and well-being. While we allow users to share personal experiences in a respectful manner, we strictly prohibit any content that promotes:

• Suicide or self-harm
• Eating disorders or unhealthy body image practices

If you or someone you know is struggling, we encourage seeking professional help and using available mental health resources.

14. No Violent or Graphic Content

Content that depicts violence, gore, or weapons is not permitted. The only exception is for uniformed law enforcement or military personnel in appropriate contexts.

15. Reporting & Safety Measures

Luvblink uses a combination of AI moderation and human review to monitor user behavior and ensure compliance with our guidelines. If you ever feel unsafe or encounter any violations, you can:

• Block & Report the user directly through the app
• Use our in-app safety features for added protection

False reporting or misuse of reporting features to target users unfairly is also against our guidelines.
