By accessing or using the LuvBlink dating application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use LuvBlink, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Only create one account (no multiple accounts)
• Provide accurate and current information

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Using the Service for commercial purposes or promotions
• Sharing sexually explicit content or engaging in inappropriate behavior
• Attempting to circumvent our safety features or verification systems
• Using automated systems (bots) to interact with the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

5. Subscription and Payments

LuvBlink offers both free and premium subscription services. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your app store account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of LuvBlink or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• You will find compatible matches or establish any relationships
• User profiles are accurate or truthful

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and should exercise caution when sharing personal information or meeting in person.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUVBLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
